Multinatural (blackout) by Arto Lindsay

On May 21st at the Fondazione Claudio Buziol Arto Lindsay and Daniel Birnbaum had presented Multinatural (blackout) by Arto Lindsay, part of the 53rd Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale "Making Worlds//Fare Mondi", that has taken place on June 5th, from 6 p.m. at Riva dei Sette Martiri, boat stop "Giardini". The project, co-produced by the Fondazione, was the main inspiration behind the presentation of the formative turning point, production and research that the Fondazione Claudio Buziol currently represents. The Fondazione wanted to take part in the creation of Multinatural (blackout), because considers it a new way of working and of interdisciplinary experimentation, that let every aspect and every discipline connected to the Fondazione – the Claudio Buziol Chair of the Fas hion Desig n degree course at Iuav University in Venice, the artists in residence Carlos Casas and Sébastien Mari, the organisational and curatorial staff – immerse themselves in their local area and adventurously re-launch their liveliest and most creative realities, like the university, the schools and dance and music academies, the artistic community and those of students in general. Unusual clothes, sketches, designs, video, sound and choreography from the worlds of fashion, art, photography, design, music and dance.

Negli scatti di Stefano Violante ritroviamo i volti e la profonda umanità degli abitanti del villaggio di Téoccé, i cieli violenti e le atmosfere di questo paese”.
